A small modern exhibition space located behid the Dissenters' Chapel inside Kensal Green Cemtery, but with its own entrance on to Ladbroke Grove.
The space is available for hire for exhibitions, launches, readings, plays, recitals and for use by local community groups for their meetings. The adjacent restored 1830s chapel can also be used in conjuction with the gallery space.
Income generated through the hire of the gallery and chapel supports the work of The Friends of Kensal Green Cemetery, a charity established to care for and promote the cemetery of All Souls Kensal Green, that contains the monuments to many famous people including: Blondin, Brunel, Thackeray, Trollope, Wilkie Collins, Frith, Mulready, Waterhouse, WH Smith, Birkbeck and Soyer. It has 140 listed monuments spread across 72 acres. Tours are conducted of the cemetery every Sunday afternoon in the summer.
An exhibition of large sculptures by Robert Bryce Muir is planned for June/July 2009 as part of the annual cemetery Open Day on 4 July 2009.
