Yes you can, and indeed we encourage you to do so. You can put an advert in the classifieds, your business in the local directory, and your event in the listings (for listings you have to register first), and it's all free. Also you can send us video links that you find interesting such as a documentary, fiction, animation, comedy, etc (that's right! We are increasingly disappointed with commercial TV, so we are developing our own channel).
