July is the stage for exciting times at Great Western Studios, the fit out work is now complete on the upper floors and we have waved a cheery farewell to all of the builders! The building is now ours again and we have already had a number of new clients moving in to the new studios, we would like to welcome Moxon Architects, Totality UK, Float, Mark Lutyens, and Honest Entertainment who have all moved in to the upper floors. The coming months are set to be rather hectic with several more new clients due to move in.

Sanja Sakicis currently taking part in the Virgin Media Shorts competition. The film features a prototype currently being produced by Sanja. It is a unique take on a conventional tea set and explores the sexual energy and rarely acknowledged semiotics enjoyed by a man and woman over afternoon tea.
Sophie Mollins is the Arts coordinator for Artists Project Earth who have a new album coming out called Revival, all proceeds will go towards supporting the relief effort in Haiti, Chile and Tibet.
Suky also has work at Tatton Park Biennial until 26th September and the work can also be viewed online here... Julie Goldsmith is taking part an the three day Art Festival - Hackney Wicked at The Old Blue Printing Building, Unit 6 Queens Yard, White Post Lane E9. Julie will be showing an installation of sculpture and drawings and will also have a selection of hand painted ceramic plates available to buy throughout the festival. Earlier this month saw a pop up exhibition featuring Shiv and put together by Tilt Collective.The theme was Black and White and this was the second of their exhibitions in which Shiv has taken part. The event took place from the 1st to the 4th July at the Red Gallery on Rivington Street and included BP Mickey by Shiv.
